My name is Maria Zapata and I was born and raised in Mexico City. I graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Fashion Marketing & Management and a minor in Fibers.
After coming back to my home town I found a job as an editor for Hotbook Magazine which has further enhanced my passion and drive for discovery, as well as an ambition for creativity. It has enabled me to keep pushing myself forward into new horizons.
At the moment, you can catch me doing all things basic: fleeting from existential crisis, eating ice cream while watching The Bachelor and consequently working out the next morning.
